How to Register E-Warranty

1. Purchase: Customers must purchase a selected Instax Pal device from an authorized Fujifilm

Malaysia retailer. Under Lau Malaysia Distribution SDN BHD

2. Register E-Warranty: Customers must register their e-warranty at https://fujifilm-ewarranty.com.my/ within 7

days of the purchase date indicated on the original receipt or invoice. Late registrations will not be considered.

3. After FUJIFILM Malaysia verifies the customer’s e-warranty registration will be sent via email within 14 working days of successful registration.

4. Support: For any questions or issues, customers can contact Fujifilm Malaysia’s respective sales

representative for assistance.
